Auckland Sea Shuttles Ltd. (trading as Auckland Sea Shuttles) will take every precaution possible but accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to customer's personal effects. We advise all travellers to consider arranging appropriate travel insurance that covers their journey.
Every passenger must report to the arranged pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of the boat. Failure to so report may result in you losing your place on the boat.
Bookings are essential. Travel on all services provided by Auckland Sea Shuttles Ltd. is subject to available space on the boat.
All prices are in NZ$ and include GST.
Smoking is not permitted on any of our boats.
Auckland Sea Shuttles Ltd. reserve the right to cancel or alter the services and products described without prior notice. We reserve the right to alter timetables and pricing.
If we choose to cancel a sailing due to bad weather conditions we will issue a full refund.
All journeys, services and timetables are subject to change at our discretion for reasons of marine/weather conditions and/or operational requirements. Auckland Sea Shuttles will not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses (including any special, indirect or consequential losses or costs) incurred as a result of any cancellation or for any change to any timetable or service.
Should a customer cancel 24 hours or less prior to departure, no refund will be given. If a customer cancels 24 hours or more prior departure a full refund will be given.
Right Of Refusal Onboard
Our staff have the right to refuse any person access to any boat for any reason, including any person who is:
- carrying dangerous goods
- impaired from alcohol or drugs
- abusive or uses offensive language
- unfit to travel, or
- at a risk of causing discomfort to others.
Large items of Luggage
Prior arrangements must be made with us for the transportation of any freight or large items. A fee may be charged for any such item we agree to transport. No dangerous items are permitted. The skipper of our boat has the right to inspect the contents of any passengerâ€™s luggage.
One loyalty card is available per person and they are non-transferable. Cards are available only on scheduled departures. Loyalty card does not guarantee a place on the boat, and sailings are subject to availability.
